Tagging along with this, if nobody minds..

I hope that Lalb1 has been diagnosed and prescribed by now. Hope you are doing better, if not really better ~ and hope you are really better 👍

It is true that everything feels heavy and plain wrong when it is VA. I found that once I had the first ten days of Estriol 0.01% cream from my GP, everything felt back into its normal place inside. It was not instant, but was only within a week that it started to ease, so it was worth it. I am now on a maintenance application twice a week, and if I feel a sting starting at my urethra between those doses, I have the OK to use a tiny amount of cream onto the area which is enough until the next maintenance application.

This thread was such a help to me to get up the courage for what to say to my GP.

Thank you, everybody. Best wishes.

I've come a long way since I began this thread.   Regular treatment with 'ovestin' has symptoms under control, so much so that since Sept., I haven't required it.

No fullness in the belly.  No nipping or irritation.  However.

Since November I've had soreness under the R arm, the area where the nerve was cut to take nymph glands in 1995 has itched, my breast is generally feeling unusual.  Nipple sore to touch.  Under the arm - no lumps, no fullness, no rash/redness but feels different.

Could it be that due to my (perhaps) ovaries are muttering in the background that they are causing the noticeable differences in the breast?  I had a mammogram this morning and was spoken too by the 'headmistress'  ;D ....... try getting a GP appt., as she suggested; that fell on deaf ears - hers not mine.  Result should be back in 2-3 weeks.   The L nipple is sore to touch.

Neither sore or irritated with clothing or when laying on m y front to sleep.  Answers on a post card?

Might be better to start a new thread, CLKD as you have new symptoms and people respond more to new posts.
Hope you feel better soon!

2-3 weeks.  :thankyou:

I have a 'phone call with the GP on Wed afternoon.  I don't expect he will know much about VA treatment and breast soreness etc. but he may surprise me! as to if it might be my ovaries having a mutter.

I've sorted the sciatica-side of aches and pains.  The breast nips etc. are intermittent.

Sorry, I suddenly can't read posts correctly  ;D
I'm taking it you've examined yourself? Even cysts can cause discomfort

Morning.

Every few minutes in the last few weeks  :-\ due to sudden soreness or nipping.  My initial lump didn't show on mammogram or ultrasound.  I felt it in the bath.

Well, don't keep pressing on it,it will only make it tender, there's good info on the NHS site about the difference between cysts and anything more sinister, the oncologist I used to see said a cyst will move around under your fingers when you press on it,nasty things tend to be hard and fixed,it's always a worry  :-\

I can't feel anything lumpy, it's the soreness in the whole area that was irritating.
