That sounds terrific to me....most of us just follow tradition don't we. It all stems back from when we were kids.
Are we brave enough to break the mould? That's the question. 🤷♀️

The 4 years we spent it at home were lovely
.
I don't think that Mum realises even though she is told that we cook R main meal on C.mas Eve and eat left-overs cold in the; this year; camper .........
whist she tucks into hers in the Home

Christmas is a personal time, enjoy it or don't bother. Embrace it or sit on the side lines and watch. Historically it had always been a very traumatic and stressful time with various family members and associates, so now we don't bother. No one asks us what we are doing and that is fine. For everyone who celebrates Christmas as a big family event MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR.
