I kept them in the conservatory at night and in a run in the garden during the day. I know people who do keep them indoors all of the time.

I saw some being used as therapy in a care home the residents were brushing the long haired varieties.

I had them as a child, as did DD and my dad. He was given a book on how to care for them, the last chapter was how to cook them
