The deluge has started at last, its pouring with rain and we are told it will be like this all day.

The flowers look brighter already. I put some of my potted flowers in the small green house, I wonder if they wish they were out there in the refreshing rain :)

Dull & dismal & not very warm either. Torrential rain during the night though. Ground was needing it.

Chilly here. Very windy & light rain at times.  Somebody tell me why I bought nice new clothes for summer.  ;D

yep we had heating on for an hour although the last couple of hours its not rained and dare i say i can see blue sky and the sun popping through the clouds.  i know alot of people say its getting old that makes me feel sure that when i was a kid mom got my summer clothes out and packed away my winter woolies !!  we seem to wear the same clothes all year round now just adding coats in the winter  is it just me ?

I have two cupboards - one has summer, one has winter clothes.  Why I bother, I don't know. Only chance I get to wear summer stuff is if we holiday abroad. Don't think Jersey counts as abroad, do you? ;D

The wind is cold today and its been cloudy.

More like what a spring day should feel like. The schools in Scotland stop for summer this week....now that's a laugh.....summer.
