Hi. Just my experience but Menopace messed with my liver . I took it for 3 months then got elevated liver enzymes in a routine blood test. The GP told me not to stop taking it and after a month my liver was fine. It could have been something else - a virus as I felt a bit run down and stressed at the time. Just be careful with self diagnosing and buying over the internet. You could ask the nurse for a basic bloods to see if you are short of any minerals before supplementing.
