Anyone tried Omega 7, Femarelle, Estroplus, Menomin or Femal?

Hi ladies, I tried Seabuckthorn omega 7 for about 12 months but didn't really do anything! I just wondered if anyone knows if I could use more than 1 evorel conti patch at once? Would it help with VA? I have a smear test in a couple of weeks and dreading it!!!! Honeybean - have you tried either if the creams yet??
