Low oxalate diet helps vulval pain

Hi ladies I just wanted to suggest if any of you ladies are suffering vulval pain such as burning and tingling have a look at vulval pain society (uk) and vulval pain foundation (USA) websites and find out about the low oxalate diet it gave me a 70% improvement in burning pain and strangely I also don't need antihistamines this summer. It's complicated but I've got used to it now.  You need to eat lots of calcium and make sure you take supplements like B vits vitamin D magnesium but if you are desperate it's worth a try. I tried Ovestin it burned incredibly and made it worse so personally im sticking with this diet and Chinese medicine acupuncture (choose a reputable practioner mine is medically trained and uses Chinese medicine as well) id love to know others experience
