Hello everyone, has anyone tried black gohosh tablets as an alternative to h.r.t.? Does it work for you?

Yes I was on it for a good while it did nothing for me.... :(

I found it very helpful during peri.

Best not to take any herbal remedies continuously through. Have little breaks. Gives you a chance to read assess your symptoms too.

Starproms:
I thought I'd take it for a month and see. If nothing happens I'll come off it. What about Dong Quai? Is that any good. I take blood pressure medicine.
