CLKD:
I thought that the book is to put on the top of my head for deportment  ;)

Sunnydays:
I've done yoga on and off for years, and more recently Pilates. I'm envious of your gallery area Dulciana! I've just done some yoga in my bedroom and son walked in on me again!!!
I find it difficult to attend yoga classes for various reasons but my yoga teacher has a website which, for a small annual subscription, I can access on my phone or iPad a range of yoga and Pilates exercises from short sun salutations to a 45 minute class.
I'm not that good at relaxing but I find the yoga stretches and breathing invaluable. I'm not a great fan of Pilates as I find it boring but I persevere and find the exercises essential for core muscle improvement.
Long live yoga!
