Hyaluronic acid?

Hi spook street, i use a hyaluronic supplement as this encourages cells to hold 1000x more water therefore plumping the skin.  I use it for maintaining my skin and joints as opposed to VA / burning symptoms.

Personally although HA may help slightly I doubt it would alleviate your symptoms entirely.  You could consider D mannose supplements  to help bladder and maybe bio curcumin which is a powerful anti inflammatory.

Although i take low / medium dose  systematic hrt, I still use yes water based lubricant as required.
