Hi,

Have come to this site for information, support and hopefully give some support too.  I am nearly 46 and feel as if I have been having peri symptoms for the last 2 odd years (prob longer i just didn't notice them). I have been dealing with my symptoms naturally and feel a lot better, but you know how it is - something new crops up and I feel rubbish.

Looking forward to 'meeting' you all!     :)
