USING TESTO GEL AND SANDRENA GEL; SHOULD I ALTERNATE SITES? ALSO TETS RESULST BA

hi i am using both these  and have been putting sandrena on left thigh and testogel on right every day...had my levels tested 3 months later and tstosterone is still 0.3 which is what it was when started? maybe i need to alternate the site? anyone know? also latest estriodol level is <100...was 163 in decemeber after using sandrena for 3 months... anyone know what this means? do i need more? and progestone is now14.. up from 5 in dec 12( am on 100mg uterogestan caps) si that level ok?
